Requesting a Prescription or Repeat Prescription

You can request a prescription or a repeat prescription here. Generally, you can pick up the medication the next day or have it delivered to your home.

What You Need for the Request:

• A valid, original Dutch prescription

  • When picking up or receiving the medication, you must submit the original prescription.

• Or a repeat prescription

  • You received this along with the medication last time.

  This does not apply to Regenboog Apotheek Voorhout.

Special Notes

• ADD and ADHD Medication

  • You cannot request ADD or ADHD medication with the form below.
  • A repeat prescription for this can be obtained from your prescribing doctor or practitioner. For more information about ADD and ADHD medication, you can visit the page ADHD and Medication. You can also send your question to pharder@regenboogapotheek.nl.

• Birth Control Pills

  • If the pharmacy already has an original prescription from you, it counts as a repeat prescription.
  • Note: many contraceptives are not directly reimbursed by the insurer.

• Diabetes

  • If the pharmacy already has an original prescription for insulin, it counts as a repeat prescription. This applies to any insulin or if you need testing or injection materials.
